Management Development Programme
Requirement
We were invited to co-create and deliver a development programme for line managers across the business globally. The aim was to increase the skill and confidence of people leaders in enhancing the engagement and performance of their teams, especiaally during times of change.
Strategy and Outcome
Working closely with the internal L&D and HR team, we created and and fully facilitated a 4-module programme to 200 managers globally - consisting of 13 cohorts over an 8 month period. The programme was delivered via live virtual workshops and was very well received by participants. Post programme evaluation revealed an NPS of 8.9 and showed that 89% of attendees felt they had made a positive change to the way they have performance conversations with members of their team, and had increased their self-awareness as Leaders.
