Learning & Development Team Transformation
Requirement
As part of a wider HR transformation, the newly formed and relatively inexperienced Learning and Development Team needed some help in setting their vision, strategy and direction.
Vicky had been working with the team already, on a different project, and was asked to recommend a new operating model for the team, including advising on the structure and size of the team, and ways of working.
Strategy and Outcome
Through a combination of facilitation, advising, coaching, mentoring, and leading by example, Vicky helped the Learning and Development team to create a vision and strategy and move to a Business Partnering model. This included implementing a new structure, roles and ways of working and helping team members to build their skills and confidence in their new roles.
She also helped the L&D team create tangible plans for 2018 through facilitated workshops.
