Using a non-directive, thought-provoking, and creative process, our highly qualified and experienced Coaches inspire individuals to maximise personal and professional potential. They use specific skills and techniques to challenge and support the individual to make a sustained change through reflection and self-realisation.
Issues are explored at a deeper level, helping the individual get to the heart of the matter.
Mentoring shares similarities with coaching in that the overall aim is to support an individual’s development through questioning, listening, challenging and encouraging. A key difference is that our Mentors will offer advice and share their knowledge and experience to support the development of a less experienced person. The emphasis is on the transfer of knowledge.
We will work with you to decide which approach would be most effective in each case – sometimes it’s a combination of both!
Our network of Coaches and Mentors are all carefully selected to ensure they meet the high standards of best practice that V H Learning insists upon. All coaches are qualified, experienced, receive coaching supervision, and adhere to a set of
ethical standards.
